(a) A relevant board of directors corrects any non-compliance with the collective agreement. b) A relevant board of directors pays damages to the association, teachers or teachers involved, or both. c) TEBA and the association take measures deemed fair and proportionate by the arbitration body. 4.1 This agreement applies to anyone who requires a teacher`s certificate as a condition of employment on the Board of Directors, including the Superintendent of Schools, Assistant Superintendents, Principals, Principals and Staff Supervisors. 2.2 Previous agreements do not create new rights or claims when this agreement comes into force. 13.3.1 From the 2017/18 school year: The president of Local 37 receives from the board of directors a salary in force in accordance with the collective agreement and is subject to its provisions. Notwithstanding other provisions of the collective agreement, the local may set a higher salary or higher salary, which is communicated to the Human Resources Service Centre. The local reimburses the Board of Directors for all salaries, allowances and benefits paid under this provision during the periods requested by the Board of Directors. The higher salaries and allowances paid under this provision do not turn in a red circle. 1.6 “flat payment” refers to a one-time payment corresponding to other one-time payments sometimes referred to as signing bonuses. The “flat payment” does not explicitly include the continuation or extension of the lump sum payments currently provided for in the settlement agreements between employers and unions, which are listed in point 1.1 of this letter. 9.1.3 Boards of directors and/or schools are not prevented from developing their own human resources development plan, to which the board of directors and/or school may require the participation of teachers. 2.1 This Agreement: unless otherwise stated, in effect on 1 September 2012 and will remain in force until 31 August 2016, unless negotiations between the parties for the extension or revision of this agreement or a new collective agreement are concluded in accordance with the agreement and are not concluded until 31 August 2016, so that the agreement remains fully in force and enters into force until 31 August 2016; 9.2.9 The selection criteria and procedures defined by the Committee in agreement with the local are published and distributed to teachers two months before the deadline for receiving remedial and educational assistance applications has expired.
